health tip: if you eat tomatoes that have been heated up (i.e. tomato sauce on pizza, spaghetti, etc.), that lycopene I was talking about is better absorbed by your body. crazy, huh?

RUDE that they didn't invite us! tell john & joanne that if they find puerto rico too warm that you & i have thin southern blood and could certainly go on their behalf next time. :)
